Dan is the founder of Tampa Business & Property
Law Source, P.A. He represents a diverse group of
clients in general corporate, lending, contracts and
real estate matters. He represents a variety of
health care oriented clients in regulatory
compliance, preparing employment contracts, joint
marketing agreements and consulting arrangements. He
regularly counsels financial institutions and
borrowers on all aspects of loans and lending
transactions. He has extensive experience
representing franchisees and franchisors in
compliance issues and contracting matters. Dan is
experienced in the negotiation, structuring and
preparation of limited liability company and
corporate formation and acquisition documentation.
He is a regular speaker at mergers and acquisitions,
limited liability company, real estate and franchise
conventions and seminars. He began practicing law in
Chicago and was previously a partner of Shumaker,
Loop & Kendrick, LLP and of counsel at Phelps Dunbar
LLP.
