Matt has experience in representing individuals
and businesses in commercial and corporate matters,
including entity selection and formation, drafting
and negotiating contracts, preparing purchase and
sale agreements and commercial litigation. Prior to
joining the firm, Matt worked full-time as a
corporate paralegal for a large law firm based in
Tampa, Florida while attending law school
part-time. As a paralegal, Matt primarily assisted
in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities
and corporate lending. During his first two years
at Yale, Matt was a member of the Bulldog football
team.
