* Projects that are not listed above are
charged at our standard hourly rates. Daniel
Musca's hourly rate is $245. Jennifer
Moore's hourly rate is $205. Brian Chase's
hourly rate is $190. Glen Stewart's hourly
rate is $125. Tonja Anderson's hourly rate
is $100. Prices include initial
consultations. Clients who wish to select
the fixed project price must indicate this
to the attorney in charge of the project at
the inception of the project (and no later
than at the end of the initial consultation
with the attorney). If not so indicated by
the client, the client will be charged at an
hourly rate which may be more or less than
the fixed project price set forth above.
Prices quoted above represent fees for
typical projects. If a client has indicated
a desire to be charged a fixed price for the
client's project, we nevertheless reserve
the right to charge a different amount at
our discretion, if for example, the project
involves substantially greater than normal
time commitments, complexity, or unsettled
areas of law; provided that any such
determination to deviate from the above
pricing shall be made after consultation
with the client and after notice to and
obtaining the consent of the client
affected. We reserve the right to refuse any
project or client. |

Prices exclude copying costs, long distance
telephone charges, computer research costs,
postage, delivery fees, filing fees,
documentary stamp taxes and other third
party fees and costs (which will be
separately itemized and billed to clients).
Prices also exclude any attorney time spent
in the course of negotiation of and
preparation of negotiated changes by the
parties to the agreement (unless otherwise
noted). Prices quoted are subject to change;
provided that all prices are valid for a
minimum of 90 days from when posted on this
website and viewed by the client.
